Preparation Instructions
Microwave Oven (800-1000W): Place 100g of frozen spinach in a microwave-proof dish. Do not add water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and cook for a further minute. Drain and serve. Guideline only - cooking time will vary with make, model and age of microwave oven. The spinach should be piping hot. Stove top: Add 1cm of water to a pot and bring to the boil. Add required amount of frozen spinach and bring back to the boil. Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed. Product must be cooked before use.Stove Top: Add frozen baby peas and supersweet corn to rapidly boiling water. Bring to the boil again then simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Drain and serve.
